“Hi there, my name is Ryan, I reside in Kearney and I’m proud to say I’m a husband, father, and a licensed Realtor with American Real Estate & Associates. Providing unmatched service and care to my clients is my “why.” Engaging in work that makes a difference is important to me.

For 20 years I proudly served the citizens of Kearney as a Police Officer with the Kearney Police Department, retiring at the rank of Patrol Sergeant in February of 2024. I’ve worked in and around real estate since 2015 when my wife Kristin and I began our journey of real estate investing. Then most recently as a Realtor, obtaining my real estate license in May of 2021. This has afforded me the opportunity to serve Kearney and the surrounding area in a different way now.

A home to many is their largest asset. When it’s time to to discuss buying or selling, it’s important the agent you choose possesses a high level of competency and professionalism. I work hard every day to ensure I possess the competency my clients deserve, while also adding in a level of professionalism and care that has unfortunately become all to often uncommon. I refuse to allow my client interactions to be merely transactional. It’s all about relationships! My clients deserve my very best, and It’s my desire to go above and beyond, providing that top-tier service we all deserve.
